“I really enjoy coaching at the Intention Project because it allows me to be a part of people’s journey in learning something new and bettering their mental and physical health. I’ve always had a passion for helping others in any way I can, and being a part of the journey of someone challenging their mental and physical abilities to better themselves is the most fulfilling part. As a long-time member of the gym, and now as a coach, my favorite part has always been seeing people push themselves to a new level they didn’t know they could achieve. From learning new movements to honing in on ones that they’ve worked hard to accomplish, the smile and happiness that radiates from that moment is by far the best part. Through a background of years in recreation and certifications in group coaching, I like to focus on breaking down the fundamentals of each movement and developing a progression that makes sense to each individual. As a coach, I am committed to helping our members establish confidence in their mental and physical capabilities and being there to support them along the way.”
